Price
The prices on this Website are shown in Euros. All our prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable in Spain. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be calculated at the time of online purchase depending on the weight and the place of delivery. The order will not be considered effective until we have bank confirmation.
Purchase options
We offer our clients the following options for their purchase:
* Click and collect: Allows the customer to conveniently place their order on our website and collect it at the store. Payment can be made directly at the store or through bizum.
* Home delivery: The island is divided into 4 delivery zones. In order to benefit from the home delivery service, it is essential that there is a minimum purchase (it varies between € 15 and € 35 depending on the delivery area).

We offer the option of free delivery from a purchase amount (varies between € 35 and € 100) depending on the delivery area)
Delivery times in Ibiza
The preparation, shipping and delivery times on the island of the items purchased throughwww.pachamamaibiza.esIt will be done within 24/48 hours by our team.
It is essential to leave a mobile number at the time of purchase in order to organize the day and time of delivery.
Delivery times in the Balearic Islands, Peninsula, France, Luxembourg and Belgium
The shipment will be made through the transport company Mondial Relay incollection points,Unless special request of the buyer for home delivery. It isessentialprovide the address of the closest pack point by email to info@pachamamaibiza.es
The preparation, shipping and delivery times range from 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday, not holidays), once the order has been confirmed and paid.
We will notify you by email when your order has left our warehouse.
Stock break
Product availability is informative, and there may be stock breakages in some of the advertised products, so the client will be informed of the new delivery times, if applicable, and the client may choose to refund the amount of the order.
Cancellation, refusal and order returns
In case the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition and has anyvisible damage, the order will have to berejected directly at the point pack, before making the delivery of the package. Photos will be appreciated by email to manage the return as soon as possible: info@pachamamaibiza.es.
If the damaged package is delivered to the customer, we will understand that the order was accepted in its state.
If the damage is not visible, the client will have 24 hours to file the relevant claim. Claims for transport after the indicated dates will not be accepted.
We offer the customer the possibility of CANCELING OR RETURN AN ORDER if they have not satisfied the purchase. The customer will have a period of 2 business days from the delivery of the Product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Once this period has expired, the company will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchases.
To proceed with the return, please send us an email to the email address info@pachamamaibiza.es indicating: full name, order number, order date, reason for return, place and time of collection and contact telephone number .
Once we have received your return request, we will contact you to process the return and refund by bank transfer or bank card refund.
Returns caused by breakages, defective goods or errors in the processing of your order, are made free of charge, reimbursing 100% of the cost of the merchandise as well as the costs of shipping and returning the merchandise.
In the returns without just cause, voluntary, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, these will be the same shipping costs of the initial order.
The right of withdrawal must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of current Spanish legislation.
The client will not have the right to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, especially, with an enunciative and non-limiting nature, in the following:
1. products that are not completely intact or that show damage, deformation, deterioration and / or alterations of any kind;
2. items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate quickly;
3. the product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories and its original packaging and labeling.
4. The return to the company must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
5. A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note must be included in the package, where the products to be returned are marked.
Within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouses of the returned product, it will be checked and it will be reimbursed within a period of 14 business days. Pachamama reserves the right not to make the refund if it detects that the product purchased and the returned product do not match or that the return has not been made in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraphs.
Partial returns of an order will result in partial price refunds.
Important: the amount will not be refunded or any merchandise reshipment will be made until the receipt and status of the product, packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified.
Pachamama's liability for incorrect use or poor conservation of the products by the customer after delivery is excluded.
No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of it, of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the / the product / s while they are in your possession.
Please return the item using or including all its original packaging with all labels. Please do not remove the labels until you are sure you want to keep each item. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order and the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made by the customer.
Overwhelming force
The breach of the obligations of the parties due to force majeure, will not imply any responsibility for any of the parties, delaying it until the cessation of the case of force majeure, so that any of the parties may request the termination of the contract, without any type of compensation, if said cause is prolonged.
